The Spalding County Parks and Recreation 2008 Summer Day Camp Program will be held June 9 through July 18, 2008 for children ages 5 to 12 (participants must be at least age 5 as of September 1, 2007). Camp hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with locations at City Park and Fairmont Park. Free USDA Food Program meals will be served at breakfast and lunch. Cost will be $45.00 for the first week (T-shirt included) and $40.00 for each week following. Please note that the camp will be closed the week of June 30 through July 4, 2008.  Registration will be held May 31 through June 7, 2008 at the Spalding County Parks and Recreation Administrative Office, 601 Camp Northern Road, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
